On March 15th I had the opportunity to shoot with so many amazing Local Vendors in Boise. We also collaborated with Rocky Mountain Bride Magazine.
We originally had planned this day a month or so out. Of course not knowing what the weather was going to look like. It ended up RAINING, like POURING, the first part of the morning. The night before I was literally looking at 4 different weather websites to decide on what to do. Every website had about a 4 hour window of “cloudy” but no rain. So I said screw it, let’s do it during that time, we will have cloudy conditions so we will still have some even light.
We got to our location, it was a little windy and overcast.. But within minutes that sun came out and STAYED out. Now, as a photographer, harsh light isn’t always our friend. But I wanted to rise to the challenge of that and make the best of it.
What looked like it was going to be rained out, turned out to be absolutely beautiful and sunny, and EVERY single detail worked out perfect. I literally cried at one point because it turned out amazing.
